I didn’t prioritize my health and wellness until after graduating from college. I’ve come to realize that my high metabolism has its limits, and I often feel bloated and retain water weight. I also struggled with anger and depression, which made it hard to celebrate my achievements.

After moving back home, I committed to taking better care of my physical and mental health. Through exercise, meditation, yoga, and building consistent self-care routines, I’ve learned what actually works for me. Here, I share that journey, including honest reviews of grooming and wellness products, fitness tips, and insights on mental health, hair care, and skin care.
