I did not begin taking my health and wellness seriously until AFTER graduating college. By this time, I realized that my high metabolism does in fact have a limit. I found myself regularly bloated and held a lot of water weight. At the same time, I was not in a good mental space. In fact, I could not celebrate because I was so angry and depressed. A lot of unresolved issues with people and situations compounded to the brink as soon as I turned in my last final exam as a college student.
Once I moved back home, I prioritized my physical and mental health and wellness. I started exercising, meditating, doing yoga, and more. This section includes all of my blog posts about how I work to improve my overall health and wellness. Here, I talk about my overall fitness journey, lessons I learned, my hair care and skin care routines, and more about my over all self care.
