The Self-Care Journal

Self-care is vital for health and well-being, especially for black men like me. We face unique challenges that can make us neglect our self-care. Prioritizing self-care is essential, as it can reduce stress and improve mental and physical health.

In this section, I share my journal posts about my self-care practices. These include exercise, yoga, meditation, and eventually therapy.

Since starting this journey, I feel better physically and emotionally. I still have more to achieve, but I’m grateful for my progress and want to share it with you.
