I didn’t prioritize my health and wellness until after graduating from college. I’ve come to realize that my high metabolism has its limits, and I often feel bloated and retain water weight. I also struggled with anger and depression, which made it hard to celebrate my achievements.

After moving back home, I focused on my mental and physical health by exercising, meditating, and doing yoga. This section of my blog details my fitness journey, the lessons I have learned, and how I practice self-care, including my hair and skin care routines.
