Products displayed there are linked directly to my affiliate URLs using the Kadence Shop Kit plugin; the plugin rewrites each link so that the click goes straight to the merchant’s landing page, bypassing any intermediate product page on my own domain.
Prices, availability, shipping terms, warranties, and return policies are set exclusively by the merchant. I am not a party to any transaction between you and the merchant and am not responsible for any dispute, defect, or misrepresentation that may arise from such a transaction.

Scope of AI Use

ChatGPT and Lumo are employed for category, tags, and product descriptions, research assistance, and first‑draft outlines when I need to expand on a topic or overcome writer’s block.
Grammarly is used solely for proofreading and to suggest alternative phrasing when I encounter writer’s block.

Privacy Settings

All three services are configured with the most private and secure settings available, ensuring that the prompts I submit are not used to train or improve the underlying models.
No personally identifiable information (PII) is deliberately shared with these AI providers beyond the minimal text required for the specific task.

Nature of the Output

Every piece of AI‑generated material is reviewed, edited, and, where appropriate, supplemented by me before publication.
AI‑generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as definitive, professional, or legal advice.

7. Third‑Party Services

The Site relies on the following third‑party services to function, secure, and analyze traffic:

ChemiCloud – Primary web‑hosting provider that supplies the server environment on which the Site runs.
Cloudflare – Security, content‑delivery network (CDN), and DDoS mitigation.
QUIC.cloud – Additional CDN layer that works in conjunction with Cloudflare to accelerate content delivery and provide image optimization.
Kadence – Provides the Kadence Shop Kit plugin that rewrites product links in the “Shop My Wishlist” section so that each click routes directly to the merchant’s affiliate URL. Kadence also supplies the theme and user interface (UI) components used throughout the Site.
Plausible – privacy‑first analytics (IP addresses are anonymized; no personal data is stored).
Google Search Console – crawl and indexing statistics.
Bing Webmaster Tools – search‑engine performance data.
ProtonMail & ProtonDrive – encrypted e‑mail communication and file storage.

While I take reasonable steps to ensure these services operate securely, I am not liable for any downtime, data loss, or privacy incident caused by those providers.
